On May 9, the Branson R-IV Education Foundation (BEF) awarded 10 scholarships, totaling $7,500 to graduating seniors during Branson High Schools, Honors Night.

The 2016 seniors receiving a scholarship in the amount of $750 include: Joshua Avina, Jack Cathcart, Rachel Edens, Emily Gifford, Rachel Haynes, Tyler Steven Hinkle, Amanda Morgan, Noah Allen Pagan, Carlie Ribando, and Brooklyn Stoner. Each student completed an application and provided a copy of classes completed, grade point average, community service, extracurricular activities, and a written essay.

“We are very proud of the hard work and determination of these students,“ said Bill Quigg, Foundation Chairman. “The Branson R-IV Education Foundation wishes each of them the best in their future educational pursuits toward higher learning.”
